The 15th anniversary of the first convocation of the Congress and the broadest public recognition of its work, the interest in saturating the cultural program of the Congress of the leadership of the International Center for World Cultures and Religions, the opening of the Eurasian Academy of Arts, the support of Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, all these factors have formed two thematic expositions in the space of the Center Modern Art "Kulanshi".
As the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev underlined in his speech, the dramatic developments of our epoch transform the Astana Congress into the most important institution of global "spiritual diplomacy".
Guided by similar considerations and having an active citizenship, the artists and gallery owners of KULANSHI take part in an important process of organizing and holding events aimed at spiritual enlightenment of the population and strengthening interfaith harmony.

CONTENT:
The exposition of the given exhibition consists of Leyla Mahat’s, a contemporary Kazakhstani painter’s, works: 16 paintings and 9 graphic from the series “Out of Time”, “Homage to the Higher”, “Megapolis Speed”, “Worshipping the Old Gods” and “Sky and Earth”.
According to the artist’s intention, the exhibition presents a chain of visual manifestations of symbols derived from different cultures and religions. Art has always served higher cultural and spiritual values. The artist has implemented various painting techniques, based on the themes and concepts of the exhibition. The creation of the gravures were influenced by the study of the monuments of ancient cultures. A special place in the graphic works holds the series “Worshipping the Old Gods”. The artist has always had an eager interest in ancient monuments of the visual arts not only as a subject of study, but also as a method of gaining forgotten knowledge.
15-тилетие со дня первого созыва Съезда и широчайшее общественное признание его работы, заинтересованность в насыщении культурной программы съезда руководства Международного Центра Мировых Культур и Религий, открытие Евразийской Академии Искусств, поддержка Дворца Мира и Согласия, все эти факторы сложились две тематические экспозиции в пространстве Центра Современного Искусства «КУЛАНШИ».
Как подчеркнул в своем выступлении Председатель Сената Парламента Республики Казахстан Касым-Жомарт Кемелевич Токаев - драматические события нашей эпохи трансформируют Астанинский Съезд в важнейший институт глобальной «духовной дипломатии». Руководствуясь аналогичными соображениями и имея активную гражданскую позицию, художники и галеристы «КУЛАНШИ» принимают участие в важном процессе организации и проведении мероприятий, направленных на духовное просвещение населения и укрепление межконфессионального согласия.

КОНТЕНТ:
В экспозиции выставки представлены работы современного казахстанского художника Лейлы Махат. 16 живописных и 9 графических произведений из серий: «Вне времени», «Посвящение высокому», «Темпы мегаполиса», «Поклонение Старым Богам», «Небо и земля».
По замыслу художника, выставка представляет собой неразрывную цепь визуального воплощения знаков различных культур и религий. Искусство всегда служило высоким культурных и духовным ценностям.
Художник использовал в работе разные техники живописного письма отталкиваясь от темы произведения и концепции выставки.
Все гравюры созданы под впечатлением от изучения памятников древних культур. Особое место в серии графических работ занимают «Поклонение старым Богам». Памятники древнего изобразительного искусства всегда интересовали автора не только как предмет изучения, но и как путь к постижению забытых знаний.
